I am an experienced and qualified counsellor offering one to one counselling both in the long and short term. I work mainly with children and young people and my approach is mainly person-centered though I integrate concepts from both the psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approach. In my work, I strive to offer a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgmental space to individuals, where they can feel truly listened to, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their life issues, feel less imprisoned or overwhelmed by their problems, and become empowered to make changes.
